4. The purpose for processing the personal data
   The purpose for processing the personal data is managing customer relationships and marketing as well as planning and developing of the business activities of GI Presence Ltd and the companies belonging to the same group of companies. The information contained in the register may be used for marketing purposes of GI Presence Ltd. and the companies belonging to the same group of companies.
   
   
5. Content of the register
   Basic information: Name, address, country, birthday, sex, e-mail address, internet address, telephone number and the information given by the data subject, such as CV, areas of interest, general description.
   
   Information related to the customer relationship: The data subject’s actions on the website, the materials posted by the data subject to the service, IP address and the computer ID and information about the subscribed services.
   
   Direct marketing permissions and prohibitions.
   
   The data is stored as long as the connection between GI Presence Ltd. and the data subject exists and for a reasonable time thereafter.

   Data subject himself/herself and their use of the service.
   
   
7. Regular destinations of disclosed data and whether the data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
   GI Presence Ltd. may disclose the data according to applicable legislation. The data, which can be disclosed according to Personal Data Act, may be disclosed to elected co-operation partners of GI Presence Ltd. for direct marketing purposes, unless the data subject prohibits such disclosure of his/her data.
   
   The data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
   
   
8. The principles how the data file/register is secured
   Only appointed personnel of GI Presence Ltd. and its subcontractors have access to process the data in the register. All persons processing the ADP register have a personal right of use with personal user ID’s and passwords, granted by the controller. The system is protected with a fire-wall which protects it from contacts outside GI Presence Ltd.
   
   The above mentioned persons are bound to professional secrecy with regard to all personal data in the register.
   
   Unauthorized persons do not have access to the premises where the computers are.
   
   
9. Right of access and right of prohibition
   The data subject has the right of access to the data on him/her in The WayWeSee Studios customer register. The request for right of access shall be made in writing by contacting the person in charge of the register. The request for the right of access must be signed.
   
   The member has the right to prohibit the controller to process personal data for purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market research and opinion polls by contacting the controller.
