We, GI Presence Ltd (“We”)., welcome you to the WayWeSee Studios website located on www.waywesee.com (“Website”) and to use the world’s first democratic movie studio service contained therein (“Service”). We provide this Service to you in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (“General Agreement”). Furthermore, distinct parts of the Service may also be subject to supplementary terms and conditions and guidelines.

By registering as a user to the Service you explicitly accept and agree to be bound by this General Agreement as well as any guidelines and instruction published on the Website. Please read this General Agreement carefully before joining the Service.

Description of the Service

The Way We See Studios is a world’s first democratic movie studio. The basic idea of the Service is to create an active community for the planning and thereafter, as the case may be production of movies. Accordingly our intention is to let you decide on the critical aspects of making movies. We are not here to make the movies ourselves – that is something for the professionals to do. We are here to provide you a platform where to decide which stories shall be made to movies and how.

By registering as a user of the Service, which is free of charge, you are granted an access to the following:

• To read the “News” section of the Website;

• To read and post your own comments to the general discussion forum of the Service (there are also project specific discussion forums that are subject to a charge);

• To read, review and comment the pitches and shortlists; and

• To create a limited user profile of yourself, including your name, country, internet address and a photo.

Please notice that all features of the Service may not be accessible through mobile devices.

Please notice that the Service also includes areas and function that are subject to a charge (“Enhanced Service(s)”). The Enhanced Services are clearly indicated within the Service and may also be subject to supplementary terms and conditions or other such guidelines.

Registration and User Accounts

To use the Service, you are required to register as an authorised user of the Service and open a user account to be able to access the Service. You must complete the registration process by providing Us with complete and accurate information about yourself as requested in the registration form. You will also need to choose a password for yourself. Please notice that the Service does not allow any usernames and all users appear in the Service under their real name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are also responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of someone else using your password or account.

Use of the Website and Service

By committing to this General Agreement you agree to use the Service in compliance with the provisions contained herein, including the laws and provisions under this General Agreement and to comply with all existing and future amendments, policies and rules published in the Website.

You are responsible for all the computer hardware, mobile devices, other equipment, software and communication connections which are needed to access and use the Service. Furthermore, despite the fact that We shall perform Our best efforts to maintain the security of the Website and the Service, you are solely responsible for securing your computer, mobile device and other equipment against any viruses or other such harmful elements.

Prohibition on Commercial Use of Service

You are permitted to use the Service and the materials contained therein only for personal and non-commercial use as expressly authorised in this General Agreement or elsewhere in the Service. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Service and the content provided therein, software and all HTML and other code contained in this Website, shall remain at all times vested in Us and/or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws and international treaty provisions.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, redistribute, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any material which may be displayed on the Website or in the Service from time to time without first obtaining Our written permission to do so.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, copying the above listed materials to any other server or location for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.

Use of Materials Posted by You

You understand that you are fully responsible for all materials, including but not limited to information, text, ideas, opinions, audiovisual material etc., which are posted by you to be included in the Service. We shall assume no obligation to monitor the Service but, however; reserve the right to review and remove any materials from the Service at our sole discretion.

Indemnification by You

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this General Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any change to this General Agreement is published will be deemed acceptance of these changes.

We may terminate, change, correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Service, make any other changes to the Service, the materials and the programs, services or prices described in the Website or the Service, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including the availability of any features of the Service, at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Service without notice or liability.

You acknowledge and agree that We may terminate your account and your access to the Service if you fail to comply with this General Agreement, or other guidelines or instructions provided in the Website or the Service, or your account is not used for an extended period of time. Objection for International Use

Applicable law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland without regard to its choice of law provisions. In the case of a dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
